All are welcome to “New Beginnings: How Al-Anon Works,” hosted by New York City’s Al-Anon Intergroup. The workshop will be held on Saturday, April 24th, noon to 4:00pm, and is intended for people who are just starting in Al-Anon as well as long-time members. Each hour will include a speaker and time for sharing on:
- Always a Beginner (12pm)
- How Al-Anon Works for Me (1pm)
- Just for Today (2pm)
- The 3 C’s: Didn’t Cause It, Can’t Control It, Can’t Cure It (3pm)
There will also be a brief Newcomers Meeting at 1:45, with an opportunity to sign up between noon and 1:30pm.
To support NYC Intergroup expenses, a donation of $5 is suggested.
