Registration & Meals
- The registration fee is $30 for the weekend or $25 for Saturday if you register by 3/24/2026.
- After 3/24/2026, the fee is $35/$25.
- Meals are optional. Meal choices and payment are made in the convention registration form.
- Lodging at the Equinox is not part of the registration. Use the Equinox Resort Room Booking Link to reserve your room directly with the Equinox.
Equinox Reservations
The cut-off date to book your room is Tuesday, March 24, 2026 in order to get the special nightly rate of $149.00 ($166 with fees and taxes). The rate of $166.00 per night shows up on the main page when you open the booking link. The nightly rate of $149.00 shows up when you go to book and expand the nights. The cost for two nights at the special rate costs is $362.92.
