• Bring baked good or fruit to share.
• Group Reps (GRs) confirm their group record details with the Group Records Coordinator.

🍁 9:15 AM Welcome

• Read Al-Anon legacies.
• Choose a voting method (eg: majority or 2/3).
• Introductions: Your Name & Service Position. Share: Are you a sponsor? Seeking a sponsor? How I found my sponsor.
• Recognize new GRs & District Reps (DRs).

🍁 9:45 AM Voting

• Approve Spring Assembly 2025 Minutes. (Minutes will be available at assembly and sent to GRs by DRs prior to assembly.)
• Elect & Approve open AWSC Positions: Public Outreach, Literature/Forum, IT.
• Review & Approve 2026 Budget. (The budget will be available at assembly and sent to GRs by DRs prior to assembly.)
• Approve MOTION: “that area assemblies and area world service committee meetings must be virtual or hybrid.”
  (This motion would be in addition to current VT Area PEG guidelines and past motions. Motion Three – passed in Fall 2021 – says district meetings must be virtual or hybrid if that district accepts PEGs.)
